How can I pay?

We have several plans according to the size and needs of the team. You choose your application directly in the app. We debunk card and invoice payment. If you decide to stop using Freelo within 30 days from payment, we will charge back your money.

How does the trial tariff work?

Really simply. Freelo is available with all its features without any limitation for 14 days. You do not have to pay or enter a credit card. After this time, the system notifies you and asks you to choose your plan of use Freelo for Free.

Do we charge per user?

Not at all. As account owner, you only pay for single account (yearly or monthly) and then you can invite unlimited number of colleagues and clients.

Can I delegate project management to team?

Freelo has several user roles. Project owner, project manager, administrator and invited person.

How do you secure my data?

Your data is safe with us. Data travels over the network always encrypted. We care about security at many different levels. We describe this more on page security.

Freelo on my own server?

Yes, this is possible if you are a larger organization and security policy does not allow you to use our cloud solution. Please contact us to talk about it.

Is Freelo available on tablet and mobile?

Yes. For easy use of Freelo on the go, download the app for your tablet or phone. You'll find them on AppStore or Google Play.

Freelo and other languages?

Freelo now speaks Czech, Slovak and English. You can switch language in profile setting.
