Privacy of your data is a big deal for us. We have no direct access to your Freelo account. Normally we can only handle with billing data and make changes on your tariff. All of these approaches are logged and monitored. So we can always verify that all activities are authorized. We manipulate the data only on your direct request.
Freelo Bay s.r.o., having its registered office in Jahnova 8, Zelené Předměstí, 530 02 Pardubice, Identification No. (IČO): 07446144, which operates the freelo.cz web service, declares that all personal data of users and visitors are considered confidential and treated in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 and effective from 25 May 2018 with Regulation (EU) 2016/679. We do not provide any personal data to third parties.
User's personal data is stored on servers located in the territory of the Czech Republic, which is a member of the European Union. Thus, the data does not leave or are stored outside the European Union in any way. Servers where data is stored are located in the Datacenters of Superhosting and Master DC.

These are users who have registered with freelo.cz and use the Freelo application to process their projects, tasks and obligations.
In the registration form, we require the person's name, email address, telephone and password created by the user.
The user can change the data in his account after logging in to the application, adding additional information, such as a profile picture. The user can create accounts and enter personal details of colleagues, clients, and employees.
If the user decides to purchase a paid version of Freelo, we require the billing details for the order.
Freelo uses third-party payment gateways for some types of payments (such as credit card payment). Credit card numbers or other sensitive payment data are always processed by a third-party payment gateway. We don't know and we don't have credit card numbers or other sensitive payment information.
We consider the e-mail addresses of the users as addresses received in connection with the provision of a service. The User acknowledges that we may, under the terms of the above-mentioned provision, send us a commercial communication regarding these e-mail addresses regarding our own services.
These are visitors to freelo.cz, app.freelo.cz, blog.freelo.cz, help.freelo.cz and other information points Freelo uses. In these locations, we can automatically collect data such as IP address, browser type, operating system type, and approximate location.

The processing time of your personal data is 5 years from your last activity in Freelo application.
The Data Administrator is authorized to provide these data to the relevant governmental authorities upon request, and you understand this.

Communication between Freelo and the user is secured using SSL / TLS encryption.

After logging into Freelo, the user can edit or delete any data. If the user wants to completely delete all personal data and data that Freelo stores, it is necessary to click and confirm the cancellation of the account.
The Freelo account deletion process is non-returnable and is only performed on the user's active request. After completing your account, we will delete the complete data within 60 days. Data will be removed from our backups as well. Invoice data will be kept as short as possible in accordance with applicable law.

How do we use and store your data?
The e-mail's message data are send to Freelo to create tasks from them. These data include the e-mail's thread and the message content including the attachments. We store these data only in this particular task. Data are shared only with Freelo users who has access to this task. The e-mail settings are used solely for the purpose of localization.
